In order to apply Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management, Bam Group has built-in controls for engineering, procurement and construction. Employees are given training in quality, clients’ requirements, and their own roles and responsibilities. Each and every project is precisely planned, equipment and suppliers are inspected by trained staff, and work instructions support each project element.  The health and safety of Bam Group employees and of those who come into contact with the company’s operations and products is one of the highest priorities. The goal is compliant execution, no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies must be understood and followed by all staff who are connected to Bam Group operations in any way. This includes employees, contractors, suppliers and visitors of projects.  Our QHSE Policy has three key commitments:
